Shipping
All orders are shipped discreetly. Your items will arrive in an unmarked plain box. The only information provided on the box will be shipping addresses. All shipments will come from “JB Media”. We do this for you’re your privacy.
Typically, all orders are shipped within 3 business days of receipt of order. Based on where you are located it will take approximately 2-7 business days to reach your destination. International orders may take longer. Provocative Couture normally ships all packages by UPS, however we reserve he right to choose the shipping method of delivery.
If you are shipping your package to a PO Box, please be advised that there may be a delay in the shipment.
Overnight, 2nd Day Shipping and 3 Day Shipping rates are also available for an additional shipping fee. Please make sure that you specify your shipping method in the Special Instructions box of the check out page.
Returns
By law, Thongs, G-strings, Teddies, Bras, Bikinis, and other intimately worn apparel are not returnable.
Provocative Couture wants to insure your satisfaction. If for any reason you need to return any item, you must email contact@provocativecouture.com within 10 days of the shipment for a return authorization number. Once a number has been obtained you will receive a shipping order to return the product. Provocative Couture will not accept any packages without an authorized number.
- We will not accept returns on USED items.
- Returned items must be in its original packaging.
- Any garment that covers an intimate area is absolutely not returnable for your protection. IT IS ALSO THE LAW.
- We are not responsible for defects or damage caused by customer error.
- Unauthorized returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, plus shipping charges.
